Culture of leadership and excellence: EBOMAF, best craftsman of development and emergence

EBOMAF was elected Best Creator of Development and Emergence in Burkina Faso (MADEB). Awarded Friday, September 19, 2014 by the 225 Foundation, this award is a recognition of Mahamadou Bonkoungou's participation in the socio-economic development of his country of origin and the West African sub-region.

The dynamism ofCompany Bonkoungou Mahamadou & Fils(EBOMAF) in business and its contribution to the socio-economic progress of Burkina Faso and the sub-region are recognized at their fair value. The exemplary progress of this company has built the 225 Foundation, organizer of the Best Artisans for the Development and Emergence of Burkina Faso (MADEB). It is right that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Mahamadou Bonkoungou, is among the sixteen (16) distinguished winners during this 2014 edition. The President of Faso, Blaise Compaoré, the President of the National Assembly, Soungalo Apollinaire Ouattara, the Prime Minister, Beyon Luc Adolphe Tiao and His Majesty, Mogho Naba Baongo, received honour awards. Composed of members of the government, economic figures and leaders of public companies, the recipients were awarded the title of Builders.

The 225 Foundation sees them as models that have contributed, through their respective actions, to the progress of the nation. She particularly noted the expertise of EBOMAF and the leadership of its first manager in various sectors of activity: General Commerce, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Air Transport, Hotels, Insurance. These values have made it possible to rank among the best on the continent. Today it is a major economic and financial group, which is very well illustrated in Burkina Faso and in the West African sub-region. Its reputation in the BTP has particularly marked the organizers of the MADEB Prize."Knowledge, Innovation, Excellence, Leadership", are all qualities, detected at EBOMAF and its General Manager.

Represented at the awards ceremony 2014, Friday 19 September at the Hotel LAICO-Ouaga 2000, by the Group's Deputy Managing Director (DGA), Alizèta Kambou/Bonkoungou, the CEO of EBOMAF has been strengthened in his talents as a model businessman whose reputation is currently beyond its original borders. It humbly welcomed this award as motivation, encouragement and an invitation to keep constantly high the torch in the printed momentum to bring its stone to the work of integration and continental construction."All participants in this ceremony acknowledged that all the winners deserved their prize. In addition to receiving the 2014 MADEB Prize, Mahamadou Bonkoungou has been exceptionally awarded the attributes of traditional Togolese Chef in witness to his beautiful imprint on road infrastructure that has boosted development in the country of President Faure Gnassingbé.
