Company Bonkoungou Mahamadou & Fils(EBOMAF SA), the mother of the Group's member companies, has 25 years of existence. This silver jubilee coincides with the commemoration of 54^ndanniversary of the Independence Day in Dédougou, hometown of the Founder and President and CEO (PDG), Mahamadou Bonkoungou. It was in 1989 that EBOMAF was registered as an individual company under the name«Bonkoungou Mahamadou & Frères Institution»at the Registry of Trade and Furniture Credit (RCCM) of the Tribunal de grande instance (TGI) of Dédougou by Mahamadou Bonkoungou, twenty-three (23) years at the time and freshly received at the Baccalaureate Series D. As it evolves, it will take various legal forms. In 1999, it was a limited liability company (SARL) with a new name:"Company Bonkoungou Mahamadou & Fils".As a result of the growth and expansion of its activities, in 2006 EBOMAF became a major company with a capital of CFAF 300 million, under the same name, whose only shareholders were the Founder and his two older children.

A quarter of a century later, the small business of trade in parts and appliances grew well. Today, it embraces various sectors of activity (Commerce-General-Génie Civil-Immobilier-Transports-Hôtelerie-Insurances) with subsidiaries in countries in the West African sub-region: Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Conakry, Togo, etc. EBOMAF has given birth to an economic and financial group whose dynamism and performance are the pride of Burkina Faso in general and the region of the Boucle du Mouhoun, capital of Dédougou, in particular.
