EBOMAF-BENIN: Dassa-Savalou-Bassila-Djougou records 230 km of serious bitumen (GB) and 131 km of bitumen concrete (BB)
The modernization of the Beninese corridor to the countries of the hinterland (Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger) is well underway. With serenity, this backbone of the country's de-enclavement benefits from a re-look by a BTP leader.
EBOMAF mobilized much of its expertise. On the 255,700 km section concerned with the work, a great effort is being made to deliver a quality work within the contractual deadlines.
The implementation of this major rehabilitation project continues in a beautiful way. The physical execution of 255,700 km is as follows: 230 km of heavy bitumen (GB) and 131 km of bituminous concrete (BB). In terms of sanitation, only about 3 km is left, or 3000 m linear cannels to be installed.
As for cement floor, everything is almost complete. Although the rains have greatly disrupted the work, a well-matured methodology and planning allowed for continuity of work. The coming days will see very significant progress in modernizing this strategic road for Benin.
