EBOMAF-BURKINA FASO: CEO Mahamadou Bonkoungou Commander of the National Order
The merits of EBOMAF's CEO, Mahamadou Bonkoungou, continue to be recognized in his home country, Burkina Faso. On the occasion of the celebration of the national holiday of December 11, he was elevated to the rank of Commander of the National Order as a leading economic personality.
During a colourful solemn ceremony at the Presidency of Faso on Thursday, 10 December 2015, the Nation grateful to its daughters and sons builders spent around its impressive medal which the recipient welcomed with "a legitimate pride to see his country salute his works to their worth and an invitation to redouble its ardour for the emergence of an economically independent Burkina Faso". EBOMAF saw itself doubly sacred in May 2015 "Most dynamic company in the construction sector in Burkina Faso and in the UEMOA area" by the Top 100 ranking of the most dynamic companies in Burkina Faso and UEMOA of the ECOFINANCE Cabinet and the AZ Economic Review. In addition to winning other contracts in Benin and Togo, this year also marks the entry of EBOMAF into the Ivorian BTP with a large market of eighty-three (83) billion CFA francs for the rehabilitation of the Ferké-Niasan-Kong and Korhogo-Karakoro roads with a total distance of one hundred and ten-six (136) kilometers.
"I am animated by feelings of satisfaction, gratitude and invite more perseverance. This medal, I dedicate it to the entire company EBOMAF, to the staff who accompanied me in the work, to the whole people. It is our perseverance in the work that has contributed to outreach beyond our borders and many other things that have prompted decision-makers to think about us," said CEO Mahamadou Bonkoungou. The trials that EBOMAS went through, like many other companies, during the insurgency and the Transition could not begin the sub-regional entrepreneurial momentum of its founder. The impact of its immense success in the BTP is felt in Burkina Faso. In addition to its multiple social actions, its participation in the consolidation of the national economic fabric is remarkable. The National Order Commander's award comes after that of Officer of the National Order received in 2013. This regularity in the recognition of the Nation towards one of its valiant sons proves the place and the leading role of Mahamadou Bonkoungou and his Group in the Burkina Faso socio-economic landscape whatever the regimes succeed at the head of the country. EBOMAF has established itself as the carrier of Burkina Faso's leadership in business in the West African subregion.
