EBOMAF-GABON: The Lébamba-Mbigou construction site is accelerating for the clearing of the Ngounié
EBOMAF-GABON continues at a steady pace the development of the Lebamba-Mbigou road, one of the structural road projects committed to strengthening the interconnection of the territories and to supporting the socio-economic development of Gabon. Thanks to a strong mobilization of technical teams, the site has made significant progress on several essential components.
In the province of Ngounié, this strategic road is expected to improve the mobility of people and goods on a sustainable basis, while encouraging exchanges between communities. Its implementation is part of the Gabonese authorities' desire to make road infrastructure a major lever for development and territorial integration.

In the field, operations continue day and night. The deforestation and cleaning work showed remarkable progress with 78 kilometres over the 84 kilometres planned, confirming the intensification of activities throughout the route.
The earth-moving work, which is a decisive step in the preparation of the road platform, is also undergoing a significant development with 34 kilometres of the 84 km programmed. At the same time, the implementation of the shape layer, which is essential to ensure the stability and sustainability of the future carriageway, now reaches 20 kilometres realized.

In addition to the earthworks, the teams continue to carry out the sewerage works. Pre-fabrication of cannels, edges and dalots continues to ensure efficient storm water management and the sustainability of the infrastructure. Several hydraulic structures are gradually installed along the route.
Through this project, EBOMAF Gabon confirms its expertise in the implementation of major road infrastructure and reaffirms its commitment to support the modernization of the Gabonese road network. The permanent presence of the teams on the site, combined with the deployment of suitable technical means, allows to maintain a sustained pace in order to meet the objectives set.

In the long term, the Lebamba-Mbigou road will contribute to the sustainable settlement of the Ngounié province by facilitating trade, access to essential services and the mobility of people. This infrastructure, a real lever for local development, will also strengthen connectivity between the territories and support Gabon's economic transformation ambitions.

The steady progress of the work thus illustrates the commitment of EBOMAF to deliver a quality, sustainable infrastructure for the development of people.
