EBOMAF-TOGO: Kanté-Tandjouare progresses on two fronts

Working on two fronts, work on the Kanté-Tandjouaré construction site has progressed significantly since its launch in November 2013. Most civil engineering activities have a good rate of achievement thanks to a well-developed working methodology.
Human and material abilities express with great admiration between Kanté and Tandjouaré. The two localities are close to each other by means of a modern road under construction. This continuity of the Togolese corridor rehabilitation project benefits from the same pace of execution as Tandjouaré-Cinkanssé. On 30 June this progress was very noticeable from Kanté. The serious bitumen, which constitutes an important part of the roadway, has already reached twenty-six (26) kilometres. One hundred and eighteen (118) of the hydraulic structures are erected on the one hundred and eighty (180).
In just eight months, the rehabilitation of the Kanté-Tandjouaré road is making real progress: an overall implementation rate of 20% and a consumption of 21% of the 36 months of the deadline. The PK 00 and PK 130 of the section constitute the two ends through which the company took over the construction. An impressive deployment of workers and equipment is felt at both ends of the site. In Kanté and Tandjouaré, the mobilization is unanimous around the infrastructure. A certain enthusiasm characterizes all sectors of the site.
This momentum in the development and construction of one hundred and thirty (130) kilometres is evidence of entrepreneurial strength. Under the direction of Rasmané Ouedraogo, more than four hundred (400) people are active, day and night, at the widening of the platform, at the laying of hydraulic structures and at the construction of the roadway. Kanté-Tandjouaré is built according to the same characteristics as those of the Tandjouaré-Cinkanssé section. This site channels all the energies. All civil engineering tasks are skillfully accomplished. These are based on a variety of machines, such as quarrying, concrete and coated power plants.
