Sport and leisure funding: EBOMAF receives recognition from the Burkina Faso government

The first edition of the "Night of the Sponsors" has put a point of honour on EBOMAF's numerous support for the promotion of sports and leisure in Burkina Faso. A certificate of recognition was awarded on Friday, May 19, to the company of CEO Mahamadou Bonkoungou whose affirmation of corporate social responsibility continues to contribute to national social progress.

Through the National Fund for the Promotion of Sport and Recreation (FNSL) of the Ministry of Sports and Recreation, some 20 donors, patrons and sponsors of which EBOMAF has solemnly received the recognition of the Government of Burkina Faso. The participation of the West African BTP leader in the financing of Sport and Recreation was recognized and publicly hailed at its fair value in the bowl at the Palais des Sports in Ouaga-2000 through a solemn evening broadcast live on RTB antennas.

This echo of gratitude sought by the highest authorities in Burkina Faso highlights the many actions carried out here and there for the development of youth. The first edition of the "Night of Sponsors" sponsored by the Minister of Economy, Finance and Development, Hadizatou Rosine Coulibaly and chaired by the Minister of Sports and Recreation, Tahirou Bangré, was an opportunity to mention the many unselfish interventions of EBOMAF in the sports sector.

These go through the substantial financial and material assistance to Bankuy Sports de Dédougou during his seasons in the first division, the donation of two hundred (200) million CFAF to the Burkinabe Football Federation (FBF), the taking over of the transport and stay of several Burkinabe journalists to the CAN 2015 in Guinea-Equatorial Guinea, etc."It is our duty to mark a stop to express our gratitude to all the good wills that give a significant part of their resources to the advancement of Burkina Faso sport. They participate effectively in its outreach both nationally and internationally. It is therefore time for their patriotic act to be recognized, shared, encouraged and properly hailed so that it builds lasting partnerships and emulates the people.Tahirou Bangré, Minister of Sports and Recreation, justified.
