The BTP reference in West Africa

The EBOMAF Group is a pan-African group leading the BTP, involved in the construction of road and airport infrastructure in West Africa. The company at the head of the group, EBOMAF, was founded in 1989 in Burkina Faso by its CEO. This family-owned company has been able to quickly diversify its original construction business by developing new sectors such as real estate, air transport, civil engineering, hotels and catering. This diversification has been accompanied by an increasing geographical influence in West Africa and in particular, in addition to Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin, Côte d'Ivoire and Guinea.

Today, the group has nearly 5,000 employees, including many French and European nationals in its technical management and engineering teams. Moreover, even though such an approach is very rare in Africa, the EBOMAF Group has implemented a CSR policy in all countries where its construction projects are being carried out.

Construction of infrastructure and major works is a major challenge for West Africa. The EBOMAF Group, with an innovative approach to public-private partnerships and recognised know-how, is now the only African player able to take on this mission once reserved for major Western groups.

This position as regional leader gives the EBOMAF Group today important development prospects in a geographical area which, as a result of its constant evolution, confronts us daily with the challenges of the logistics organisation of current and future construction sites.

Entrepreneurship

In his home country, Burkina Faso, Mahamadou Bonkoungou's name is confused with that of his company which he founded in 1989: EBOMAF, which became one of the largest BTP companies in the West African sub-region.

Mahamadou Bonkoungou has always relied on broken women and men to establish his reputation and reputation. Gradually, its activities have engulfed rural areas through the routine maintenance of the tracks and the construction of socio-economic infrastructure before imposing itself on the national level as a key player in major works in Burkina Faso.

Its latest generation facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, human capital and the ongoing quest for excellence enable the EBOMAF Group to assert its leadership and win numerous infrastructure contracts in Burkina Faso and the sub-region.

The activities of the Group

BTP, Real estate, Air transportation, Civil engineering, Hotels and Catering.

Over the years, large-scale work, torn away and successful in a context of fierce competition, has shown that "the competitiveness of a company depends on the quality of its activities". The EBOMAF Group is now at the crossroads of various expertise from around the world. Major manufacturers are building partnerships and governments are seeking to accompany this giant.
