EBOMAF-TOGO: Challenge on the Ségbé road
Launched on February 2, 2022, the project to build the Adidogomé-Ségbé-Ghana border road, 10 km long, is already completed. The section has been open to traffic since August 8, 2022. Only a few months of intense activity was sufficient for EBOMAF to complete this work, which normally lasts 24 months according to the specifications.
The various concessionary companies continue the connections. With Djéliba and Sara Group, specializing in road infrastructure electrification tasks, the public lighting of the track will be effective in a few weeks.
So farewell the chicken nests that have long made the users of the Ségbé road grin their teeth. The residents had to wait only six months to see their suffering disappear, while the time allowed for the construction was two (02) years.

By January 2022, people were still struggling to believe that the construction of the section was imminent after a visit by the Minister of Infrastructure and Public Works, Zourehatou Kassah-Traore. A few months later, it's a brand new road with all the amenities available to them in record time.
11 m wide (16 m in some places), this road meets UEMOA standards and standards. The track characterized by cement floor, 10 cm of serious bitumen and 5 cm of bituminous concrete or last coating layer. This ensures resistance beyond 20 years. According to the head of the inspection mission, Mr. Cissé, the technical teams are on foot to give the work even more beauty with the trees chosen to meet the environmental requirements.

"I didn't believe it. But the company has proven its expertise in terms of equipment and personnel deployed on the site. They worked night and day. The result is simply amazing today," says Tchamzi, engineer. An entrepreneur, skeptical at the beginning confesses to the microphone of a Togolese TV journalist: "EBOMAF pleasantly surprised us in any case". Road maintenance is another challenge after a road project. With a view to supporting the government's efforts, the CEO of the EBOMAF Group has financed an additional work from own funds for the benefit of residents. It is concrete casting along the road beyond the 2 metres of pavements originally planned. The aim of this action is to keep the road and the surroundings of dwellings always clean.
