Infrastructure of December 11 in Koudougou: EBOMAF invests the main axis of the parade
The inhabitants of Koudougou woke up on Thursday 19 January with a big surprise on a part of the northern exit of the city, the axis on Dédougou: over a distance of five (5) kilometers from the bridge, giant pencards with extraordinary design announce the arrival of EBOMAF on this artery to house the parade of 11 December 2012.
The main axis of the parade of 11 December in the capital of the West Central Region, Koudougou joins the EBOMAF yards. The company marked the limits of the work through three (3) giant and imposing signs throughout the five (5) kilometre stretch towards Dédougou: one at the beginning to a few blocks from Total station, another at the place of the launch ceremony, another ink at the end towards the crevasse next to Goundi. The installation of these magnificent panels of three (3) meters long by 1.5 meters wide announces the imminent deployment of EBOMAF of material, technical and human performances to satisfy the terms of this road contract representing the fallout of the rotating celebration of the National Day for the regional capitals that host them. Lot 1 of the"development work and roadside work in the town of Koudougou as part of the events of 11 December 2012"is that bearing"Planning and bitumening of the main axis of the parade"allocated to the EBOMAF SA/KARA ESTABLISHMENT group of enterprises on 28 December 2011 in the Council of Ministers. The work consists of:"The layout and bitumen of the main axis of the parade"which extends over a distance of five (5) kilometres. The section dedicated to the climax of the December 11 demonstration, that is, the great civil and military parade of about ten thousand (10,000) marching is that of the northern exit of the city on the Koudougou-Dédougou axis.
In five months this artery will be transformed, by the good care of EBOMAF, into two (2) times two (2) tracks, very modern and pleasant to survey. The characteristics of the road to be constructed are as follows: 15.2 metres wide of platform, 2X7 metres wide of pavement, 1.2 metres of central floor (TPC). The structure of the pavement consists of a natural grave foundation of twenty (20) centimetres thick, a base layer of natural gravel of fifteen (15) centimetres thick with a surface coating of two layers. The execution of the project is organized around four (4) activities of Civil Engineering: preparatory work and general earthworks, pavement and coating, works of art and sanitation, signalling and road safety.
At an estimated cost of 3 billions, 30 million three hundred and fifty one thousand nine hundred and eight (3 130,351,108) CFAF, the financing of the works is the responsibility of the State budget. The Ministry of Infrastructure and De-enclavement (MID) manages the works through a delegation of competence to the Directorate-General for Roads (DGR), while monitoring and control is carried out by the CINCAT INTERNATIONAL/TECHNI-CONSULT Grouping. As soon as the construction panels were laid, an enthusiasm took hold of the rare noctambules and then of the entire city at dawn:"EBOMAS comes with the assurance of the quality of a work, the promotion of work and the maintenance of the local economy".
