NEW YEAR'S MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT-DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE EBOMAF GROUP

This is the end of a year of hard work. Throughout the past three hundred and sixty-five (365) days, we had tirelessly given the best of ourselves for a common cause: to carry the torch of EBOMAF SA in business by actively participating in the development of Africa. This ambition unanimously guided the actions of all. Thanks to the combination of efforts and synergy of actions, our society has been able to draw its pin from the game in a socio-economic climate, increasingly austere, marked by arduous competition. The honorable place we occupy today in our field of activity is the culture of excellence that each of you demonstrates in his or her tasks.

This momentum has confirmed our expertise in large-scale construction projects in various fields. The year 2013 which ends saw the closure of many works such as Dapaong-Ponio-Frontière of Burkina Faso in Togo, Koudougou-Dédougou (RN 14) in Burkina Faso. It also recorded a very satisfactory rate of progress in the Tandjouaré-Cinkansé, Dapaong-Borgou yards in Togo andBodjecali-Madecali-Iloua-Frontière du Nigeriain Benin and the opening of new fronts, namely Borgou-Mandouri and Tandjouaré-Kanté, still in Togo.

2013 is finally about exploring new markets and conquering new countries to better establish and affirm our leadership in infrastructure construction in Africa. At the same time as we trace the paths of development, we contribute to the creation of wealth. Everyone must feel proud of this saga.

So receive my sincere congratulations for the continued self-denial at work. It is up to everyone to maintain, through a faultless professional conscience, the flame of international radiation of EBOMAF SA. The promotion of the quality of the works remains our compass.

The raise of the CEO, which we are at the rank of Officer of the National Order of Burkina Faso, on December 9, 2013, demonstrates the recognition of the role of our company in the economies and development of the states in which we intervene.

2014, which is announced, is a pivotal year for EBOMAF SA. It marks a quarter of a century of its creation. It was in 1989 that«Company Bonkoungou Mahamadou & Frères»then"Company Bonkoungou Mahamadou & Fils",EBOMAF, was born in Dédougou. An historic halt is needed to take stock and open up prospects.

Throughout 2014, the commemoration of this twenty-five (25) year-old maturity will be felt in our actions and activities. This jubilee of money will further enshrine our corporate social responsibility.

We will further illustrate ourselves in promoting the values cultivated since the foundation of our society. The development of workers will be a major concern. Adequate technical and material means, synonymous with performance and efficiency, will be guaranteed. This regular acquisition of state-of-the-art equipment will go hand in hand with the recruitment of broken human resources. Because a company's staff is essential to achieving the desired results. Be assured: EBOMAS will always work in a dynamic of being a crossroads of skills, a crucible of know-how and a focus of expertise. By establishing a permanent match between the motivation of its workers and the stakes of the contracts executed.

We will continue to express our gratitude to the decision-makers in the countries that trust us. It is the place to assure them of our will to take an active part in the wind of progress that blows upon their respective nations.
