Prefabricated sites: Remediation loses all its secret

Prefabricated materials occupy a prominent place on EBOMAF's construction sites. The machining of pipe tools depends on this. This component reflects total control over remediation requirements. The chesters receive the frames of the railing services to sink the concrete. The production of the concrete plant and the skeletons of the sanitation tools meet here. In Lomé, it is the Bodjona reserve on the outskirts of Boulevard Agoè-BKS-Limousine-Adiodogomè which houses the prefabricated site. Under the leadership of two senior civil engineering technicians, Edouard Dakuo and Vincent Woumgounin Panwagle, teams led by nine (9) will employ about ten people (ferrier, mason, carpenter) each engage in this activity.

They produce ducts for sanitation i.e. the right foot parts (amount of the gutter) and radiate (base of the gutter) cast together and dallets to cover the ducts. For borders, they are of three (3) types: GSS2, T2, CS2. Referring to the skeletons provided by the railing, the prefabricated services arrange the panels in the direction of the length of the metal formwork, places the safety scaffolding by applying the rails and the angle adjustment locks before pouring the concrete conveyed to the site by the toupies. The site is coordinated by two (2) senior technicians, two (2) technicians and two (2) trainees.

For the Boulevard du 13-Janvier, 80X80, 100X64 crossing dalots had to be produced to access the primers and 80X60, which were used to lower in garages. And on Agoè-BKS-Limousine-Adiodogomè Boulevard, these are 70X70 cantilevers for common sections and 70X100 for depressions where the elevation becomes abrupt. The Bodjona Reserve site has fifty (50) mussels for the shingles that require fifty-five (55) cubic metres of concrete per day. But, for exceptional situations due to high demands on the site, this consumption of concrete increases to 75 or 80 cubic metres per day. Fifty (50) mussels are also used for dallettes, 3 to 4 cubic metres of concrete per day.

The T2 and CS2 are produced at the same time. Currently, the GSS2 170, CS 70, TS 84 borders are very popular on construction sites. The residents of the boulevards of 13-Janvier and Agoè-BKS-Limousine-Adiodogomè are delighted. These works are timely to drain the rainwaters that have long caused the inhabitants' calvary. This improvement in the living environment is worth EBOMAF a proud candle. The Togolese municipal authorities continue to braid laurels with this typically African and Burkina Fason business of surcroit whose seriousness seems to be beyond their understanding.

Wherever the Group carries out a market, a prefabricated site is inserted into the dynamics of the site. When the sculpins and dalots are ready, they are placed in accordance with the digging of the síoper with dexterity. The related cranes are set up to introduce and cover. In addition to Lomé and Dapaong, which take advantage of the benefits of the prefabricated buildings in Togo, the Burkina Faso cities of Dédougou and Ouagadougou are at the forefront of EBOMAF's perfect control of the sanitation works. The development of the Commercial and Administrative Activity Area (ZACA) illustrates this expertise. Already, the capital of the Boucle du Mouhoun region benefits greatly from this in the framework of the Kudougou-Dédougou axis.
