The Calavi-Kpota-Cococodji yard covers twenty-one (21) kilometres of road crossing the Beninese capital, Cotonou. Following the government's decision to strengthen the work on this axis, a technical visit allowed the various parties to assess the work done and to adopt strategies for carrying out this new part of the project. EBOMAF maintains double bites in the performance of the various tasks. The implementation of the Missessinto-Zinvié-Sedjedenou-Zê and Calavi-Kpota-Ouedo-Hêvié-Cocodji project, together with a team of broken professionals and a state-of-the-art technical equipment arsenal, demonstrates the need to increase the long-term practicality of this axis.

The technical visit, conducted by the Directorate-General for Infrastructure, had the proof on section 1 that the work had been carried out with all the required control. On section 2, the needs have increased due to the high population concentration in this area, which requires adaptation to the new situation. Once again, the Beninese authorities have given their full confidence to the Burkinese giant of major works to carry out the complete work in order to strengthen the comfort and scope of section 2 of the project.

This new orientation is further reinvigorating the construction project over twenty-four (24) months of activities to enable the construction of additional works and to harmonize this new profile with the master's vision. These include the construction of a linear metre supplement of reinforced concrete collectors to drain stormwater to the outfalls far enough away from the road to avoid flooding in the conurbations crossed.

The additional work also concerns public lighting and the three-colour lights to be installed, the doubling of the 240-metre linear bridge, the construction of a 15-metre linear bridge. These crossing structures are essential to facilitate the crossing of the bottom in the town of Togba. The new orientation of the site also includes the relocation of the networks of SBEE, SONEB and Benin Télécom SA, located on the right of way of the works to be carried out.
