EBOMAF-CI: The lines move in the work of botumage Bundiali-Dianra
Launched in October 2021, work on the Bundiali-Dianra axis in the northwest of the Ivory Coast is progressing well. According to the regional director of EBOMAF-CI, Wantuo Achilles Somda, double bites are being set to give a boost to the execution of the project. During the day and at night, the section in question is driven by the rate of rolling of machinery and other equipment deployed.
Two fronts are open on this site. One from Bundiali, the capital of the Bagoué region and the other from Diana for a distance of about 93 km. After the stripping and construction of the works of art (bridges, pipes, etc.), the works are in the earth-moving phase. And the two fronts will soon cross.
"The lines have moved well and will move more," Somda reassured. With regard to the completion rate, he said that the figure of 24 per cent was going to change rapidly with regard to the new facilities under way. "It must be recognized that this rate could double with the installation of the crushing plant and the existing coated plant," he proudly says.
According to the head of EBOMAF-CI, there is no doubt as to whether the 36-month contractual deadline has been met. "We'll be on schedule. The strategy put in place will certainly pay off!", he says. from its offices on the Bundiali base.
