EBOMAF-CI: A new market of about 180 billion CFA francs for 224 Km of road infrastructure

After the work of the Korhogo-Karakoro-Aéroport and Ferkésédougou-Nassian-Kong roads as well as the rehabilitation and strengthening of the San Pédro airport, EBOMAS has just obtained a new market in Ivory Coast. The aim is to develop and build road infrastructure over a linear length of two hundred and twenty-four (224) kilometres for an estimated financing of about 180 billion CFA francs.

The new contract was formalized in the Council of Ministers by the Ivorian Government on Wednesday 18 July. The communiqué of this weekly session of the Executive headed by President Alassane Ouattara mentioned this in the following terms:"The Council adopted a decree guaranteeing the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire for an amount of two hundred and seventy-four million (274 000 000) euro, i.e. one hundred and seventy-nine billion seven hundred and thirty-two million two hundred and eighteen thousand (179,732,218 000) CFA francs, relating to the loan made by the African Bank of Import-Export (AFREXIMBANK) as a Lender and Agent on behalf of the Lenders, for the benefit of the Enterprise EBOMAF, for the construction of 224 kilometres of road infrastructure".

After having proved its worth after a remarkable entry into the very disputed Ivorian public works in 2015, the partnership between the Ivorian state and the African leader of the BTP continues under very good auspices. Also, EBOMAF has convinced of its expertise in the implementation of the first three projects in Eburnie. The Korhogo-Karakoro Airport and San Pedro Airport yards were brilliantly completed in time to the great satisfaction of the contractor. The Ferkéssédougou-Nassian-Kong road is in terminal phase according to the contractual planning. EBOMAF's breakthrough in major Ivorian works is therefore based on dynamism and capacity to achieve quality road infrastructure on time.

As a torchbearer of Burkina Faso's know-how and African pride in the BTP, EBOMAF continues to maintain a certain degree of optimism in several countries on the continent: Burkina Faso, Benin, Ivory Coast, Guinea-Conakry, Liberia, Togo. The new contract in Ivorian land comes after obtaining a 250 billion CFAF market in Liberia last June. Thanks to his entrepreneurial leadership, the President and Chief Executive Officer managed to raise his company in the court of the greats i.e. internationally renowned companies in all types of public works.
