EBOMAF-CI: An impressive granite quarry for the various construction sites
The new granite quarry made its first shot a few days ago. True coup de maître, this facility is an important site of exploitation of the crushed for the various projects being carried out in northern Côte d'Ivoire.

As the stone is an indispensable element for the construction of a road, this quarry is led by professionals in this field. With state-of-the-art equipment, it channels all of EBOMAF's expertise in granite extraction and processing.

Located 25 km from the town of Bouaké and 15 km from the company's life base, the opening of this career required enormous resources. The latest generation of equipment makes the work faster with scrupulous adherence to the required standards of measurement and quality.

Lokotrack LT120 Primary Crusher, HPD 300 Secondary Crusher and Metso HPD 300 Tertiary Crusher are the foundation of the plant.
With locomotion vehicles like Dumper, Caterpillar to ensure efficient refueling.

The site also has Caterpillar 360D and 349D excavators, Loaders: 988D and SEM 660, Furukawa drills UNHCR 1000 and UNHCR 1500.

This impressive crushing device benefits from a generator of 1100 Kva and 650 Kva to provide complete energy to the entire career 24 hours a day. The site covers an area of 36 ha of rock of which only 4 ha is currently occupied for its production. "To ensure good production, we have relied on qualified personnel and with support from the military administration. Safety is guaranteed in all respects," said Wadjdy, the career leader.

According to an expert from Mines and Geology in West Africa, Dr. Abudalah Sidi, this quarry is considered one of the largest in Côte d'Ivoire in terms of its production capacity of 300 t/h or 6000 t/day.
