Minister Sékou Bâ on the ZACA project website: optimism despite the difficulties
The Minister of Habitat and Urbanism, Sékou Bâ, made a visit to the Zaca Project site yesterday Thursday morning, after which he expressed his satisfaction with the smooth operation of the earthworks and sanitation, despite some difficulties.
Little by little, what will tomorrow be the Commercial and Administrative Activity Zone (ZACA) Project is taking shape. Workmen working on various posts such as pre-fabrication areas, shingles, ironworks, roads, bulldozers raising land here, lorries there, road development and sanitation work in the ZACA are proceeding normally.
This is the observation made by the Minister of Habitat and Urbanism, Sékou Bâ during a visit this Thursday morning to the Zaca Project site. "This huge project is dear to the highest authorities in this country. It was good that I came to see how the construction site behaved. In view of the progress made, I am satisfied and now better measures the scope and complexity of the work," Bâ said at the end of the guided tour.
This was followed by a brief meeting between the Minister, representatives of the concessionaires (ONATEL, SONABEL, ONEA) and the managers of the EBOMAF company responsible for carrying out the works and the control mission and the financial parties. The various actors also reaffirmed their willingness to work together to ensure the smooth running of the ZACA project, despite the difficulties encountered.
