Road Improvement in Kara: EBOMAS improves Kara lanes

The second city of Togo, Kara, has suddenly rejuvenated with its six (6) kilometres of streets completely "retreaded" by EBOMAF. This first youth cure, while waiting for another four (4) kilometers, aims to give this municipality the attributes of a city in which mobility is carried out with ease. On both sides of National Highway 1, Lomé-Kara-Dapaong, the streets leading to the central market and the 2S bridge have been renovated by Mahamadou Bonkoungou society. Coming from the Togolese capital, this new development in the road hits the eye. On the left, the commercial area is receiving special attention.

From the Post Office, the asphalt road separates to cover the entire portion of the interior. One continues to prison and the other stops at market level. From the tricolor fire on the road to the stopping house, a junction crosses the other side and continues to the old bridge. On the right side, an impeccable carriageway extends to the 2S bridge. And it is to the heart of joy that the inhabitants of the city of Kara now go to their occupations. This intervention by EBOMAF gave a new breath to an urban road network that was constantly sinking under the weight of dilapidation, causing enormous inconvenience to users. "These road repairs have brought safety and well-being to this city. They have considerably improved urban traffic," says Victor Adjagbé, a young taxi moto driver.

This benevolent participation of the CEO of EBOMAF in the consolidation of Kara's roadway was carried out from the base of the company located in Dapaong. On the direction of the roadmaster of the section, Dapaong-Ponio, Hamado Kurba, a team deported to the second city of the country for this mission which lasted only a few days to the great happiness of the people of the municipality of Kara. It proceeded with the litto-stabilization of the roads concerned. This involved grinding of the old tar, dumping of the crushed tar and applying the bituminous concrete. This operation, which is based on a partnership with the town hall, has been carried out smoothly.

The people tacitly joined in the execution of the works and even assisted in their rapid development. "Having seen the great experience of our company, the stage of rehabilitation of Kara's roads took place the time of a bite. It was under the admiration of the users that the workers and technicians led the work," says Hamado Kurba.

Once finished, the six (6) kilometres brought a rejuvenation air to the city. They helped to ensure quietness in traffic. While facilitating sanitation, this rehabilitation solved, a little bit, the thorny question of the big chicken nests that caused too much accident. "No one will dare refuse such support. Before that, customers passed through the cross and banner to access this station. Besides, frequent and sometimes very serious falls, motorcyclists. Thanks to this work, it is with ease that they come to use the fuel. This delights us all the more as there is a marked increase in attendance," explains a pumpman. The city of Kara is unanimously very grateful for this beneficent action of the CEO of EBOMAF, which is only the first phase of a promise of ten (10) kilometres to be blessed for the second capital.
