Sponsorship of "Leisure Vacations" 2014: EBOMAF contributes to the development of Burkina Faso youth
EBOMAF CEO Mahamadou Bonkoungou sponsored the fourth edition of Leisure Vacations, a de facto company dance and representation competition held during the school holidays in Bobo-Dioulasso. The final was held on Sunday, 12 October 2014, in the presence of the authorities of the Hauts-Basins region and the sponsor's representative. For the organizers, the Association for the Promotion of Arts Culture and Tourism (APCAT),Mahamadou Bonkoungou's choice is justified by his unwavering commitment to the development of Burkina Faso's youth.
The curtains fell onLeisure holidays2014 at Bobo-Dioulasso Friendship Theatre, Sunday, October 12th on the following notes:"EBOMAF, a permanent support for the development of Burkina Faso youth","25 years of EBOMAF: a quarter of a century at the service of Africa's development".Sponsored by the CEO of the EBOMAF group, Mahamadou Bonkoungou, the competition mobilized the Bobola youth around ballets and social events according to the theme of the edition: "Youth, peace and citizenship"
And according to the president of the Association for the Promotion of Arts Culture and Tourism (APCAT), Mohamed Soulama, the organizers wanted to pay tribute to this economic personality of the sponsor for his commitment and his willingness to support the youth in his emancipation momentum. Undoubtedly, he said that the CEO of EBOMAF, Mahamadou Bonkoungou, was a great contribution to the success of theLeisure holidays2014. It is in an overheated enclosure of the Friendship Theatre that five (5) ballet teams and three (3) in fact of society, Bobo-Dioulasso, Koudougou and Ouagadougou competed with talent and creativity. Through a fiercely contested competition, they all delivered high-profile performances.
Unanimity around the relevance of an event
At the end of the day, in fact as a company, Accart-ville's Feeling Dance took the highest step on the podium. It is followed by Espoir de Sarfalao and Racine de Larlé. These three teams leave again with 200,000, 100,000 and 50,000 CFAF respectively. In ballet, it was Espoir de Sarfalao (Bobo-Dioulasso) who delighted the star with the sum of 1,000,000 CFAF in front of Nankan Ouezzin-ville system (Bobo-Dioulasso), 750,000 F and Farafina star of Koko (Bobo-Dioulasso), 500,000, Koudougou Energy, 300,000 and the Senior Majorettes of the Centre (Ougadougou), 200,000 F.
The sponsor's representative, Mohamoudou Nikiema indicated that the final ofLeisure holidays2014 has been very beautiful and high quality on a key theme for Burkina Faso."The CEO of EBOMAF does not regret having supported this initiative, which represents a major framework for youth development.Given that our country needs a succession of citizens, responsible youth to build the foundations of its sustainable development. It is not excluded that we should renew our participation next year.Nikiema said.
According to APCAT President Mohamed Soulama, teams in competition have had reasonable time to offer beautiful performances reflecting the theme of incivism, citizenship and peace. "For four years, it's one of the finals that has impressed me and I hope the message has passedHe stressed. Future editions will see innovations related to benefits and practical organization. Abundant in the same direction, the governor of the High Bassins, Nebilma Joseph Bakuan, described the final asLeisure holidays2014 of a bright evening where the younger ones flourished: "We are here to encourage them to move forward with this certainty that succession is ensured in Burkinabe culture." As for the Country manager of Unilever for Burkina Faso, Almiya Ouamté, he said very satisfied: "We are satisfied because the level of support we had with the partner, APCAT. For the coming season, we want an edition of Leisure holidays even more beautiful with much more energy and support".
