Extension of the boulevard des Tensoba: Unanimity around a well executed work
From the east interchange, it is a real boulevard that opens up to users to the Kaya road[/caption]
With the effective extension of the boulevard des Tensoba from the east interchange, the Boroughs of Bogodogo and Nongr-massom of Ouagadougou are largely desenclaved thanks to a road to international standards built by the Bonkoungou Mahamadou & Fils Company (EBOMAF). In front of this very convenient work, users and residents quickly forgot the memory of the cross and banner of this section. They hardly hide their joy and find no reproach for quality. Behind this general satisfaction is the imprint of a leader of the BTP and a government ambition to equip the cities of Burkina Faso with very modern ways and networks.
The CEO of the EBOMAF Group gives the Head of Government, Luc Adolphe Tiao, some insight into this important project for the capital[/caption]
The project "Liaison RN 3 to RN 4 extension of Tensoba Boulevard" made it possible to offer the city of Ouagadougou, one of its most beautiful arteries. It is one of the few roads in the country, if not the first and only one currently, to be built according to the formula, so dared in quality and investment: earthwork, layer of form, foundation layer, cement floor, serious bitumen, bitumen concrete. For this section, the government and the municipality have relied on duration, strength and comfort. Even before the book is received, satisfaction is read on all faces.
Artwork about eighty (80) kilometres ...[/caption]
In a length of about two (2) kilometres, the extension of the boulevard commonly known as "circular" extends from the east interchange to the re-entry of the Tan-Aliz factory in Kossodo. It consisted of the development and construction of twice two bituminous lanes with a gutter on each side, two cycle paths and a bridge. From the work of art of more than eighty (80) meters, the track bursts into two ramps to reach the Kaya road where a roundabout is planned. It presents all the amenities for a better traffic day and night: hoses, cycle paths, streetlights, central paved floor, signage, very reassuring bridge, pleasant and well ventilated roads. Retouches are still under way to improve the infrastructure.
...was erected by the leading company as a master.
Started in February 2010, the work was carried out with all the expertise due to a major road infrastructure. Between the two passages of the head of government, Beyon Luc Adolphe Tiao, on 19 May and 1 August 2011, the Bonkoungou Mahamadou & Fils Company (EBOMAF) held the bet to fill the delay before 15 July. Despite the difficulties associated with funding disbursements, the personal commitment of the CEO accelerated the construction of a work of exceptional quality on time.
Riverans, users and residents of this area of the capital now agree to recognize the immensity of the task and continue to welcome the evidence of plausible know-how in such a delicate area and demand such building and public works (BTP). "There is nothing to say about the work. The road benefits from a real boulevard. This prowess quickly leads us to forget what this path was and its ordeal," a user convinces himself. After technically taming the bridge that stood like the Achilles heel of this market, EBOMAF eloquently reflected the ambitions of the public and local authorities for futuristic road infrastructure. The extension of the boulevard des Tensoba leads to National Route 3 by a roundabout savourily taken in anticipation of a interchange in view of the new international airport of Donsin. This giratory sense is accompanied by precautions keeping a dispatch depending on the origin or destination of the users.
Congratulation to the government, hat to EBOMAF
The Kossodo roundabout was conceived and designed in the perspective of a future exchanger[/caption]
"The eloquence of the construction of a roadway depends on its design and the price to be paid for the execution. These choices influence the final result regardless of the successful contractor because it is obliged, unless it is in a proper internal incapacity, to conduct the work according to the specifications submitted", explains the Engineer-CEO. From now on, traffic benefits from a real boulevard on this portion, like a new fabric glued to an old one, as it is true that from the exchanger from the East to the Patte-d'Oie, Tensoba suffers enormously from hen nests and narrowing of its pavement on both sides. "It is a real express road that connects the Kaya road and the Fada-N It is a pleasure to circulate on this tar. This extension represents a true pride for the capital", does not hesitate to raise the users and the residents.
The only stage of bitumen fixation involved large human and material means: three (3) finishers, six (6) transport trucks of thirty (30) tons each, sixty (60) workers, two senior technicians and one engineer[/caption]
Nothing was left to chance in the execution of the extension of the Tensoba Boulevard. Art and sanitation works, lighting, the consistency of the roadway and cycle paths are the result of a civil, materially and technically well thought out genius. This development appears to be a breath of oxygen for the city of Ouagadougou. It is an infrastructure that considerably de-enclaves the areas to the northeast of Ouagadougou. It allows direct access to the national road 3 and the industrial zone from the Boroughs of Bogodogo and Boulmiougou, Ouagadougou-2000 and national roads 1, 5 and 6. This junction, which cost CFAF 7.5 billion, is a necessity for better traffic and fluid urban traffic, to which the government has had to sacrifice itself. It is an of of relief that has seized the populations as soon as the provisional opening to circulation. "With this achievement, we now feel that we are also living in the capital. I couldn't afford to go home at noon and go back to the office at 3 p.m. It was a calvary. Today, I go back easily to rest and regain strength for the afternoon," said Yves Traoré, an executive of the Burkinabe administration.
The road comfort offered by the extension of the boulevard des Tensoba sums up a part of the desire to modernize the roads of the city of Ouagadougou. While opening a gap to the improvement of urban mobility, this achievement offers a tranquillity, a better living environment and prospects for socio-economic activities for the residents while participating in the fight against road insecurity and banditry. Little by little, the surroundings of this artery are being attacked by actors of the small business taking advantage of lighting and the high attendance to carry out income-generating activities. "The way attracts the world. Many people leave the other ways to take this one..." says Ouedraogo, sitting by her stall. The craze around this stretch rests on the fact that its erection surrounded by security guarantees. "In time, taking this route at a certain time, it's exposure to possible aggression," recalls a student from the IPPH living in Kossodo. This concern, combined with the difficulties of traffic, is now overcome. From the east interchange to the national road 3, users use the route with confidence, day and night.
