EBOMAF-BF : High technology at the Ouagadougou bypass site
The rapid progress of the North-South bypass project around Ouagadougou is due to a combination of high-quality human resources and flawless mobilization of equipment. If there is one area in which EBOMAF has truly gained a significant advantage over its competitors in the construction sector, it is undoubtedly in its material and technical capabilities. Its strength in this area is undeniable and truly impressive. The expertise of its engineers and technicians is based on a diverse and varied range of equipment and machinery of all types. Abundance and performance go hand in hand. Each country involved in the project has its own independent access to this equipment for its various construction sites. In addition to their modernity, the equipment fleets are impressive.

The project to develop and pave the North-South bypass around Ouagadougou exemplifies this strength of a leading company in major infrastructure projects. The construction sites at Pabré, Gampèla, and Koubri demonstrate a commitment to leveraging technology for project execution. All aspects of the work benefit from state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. Earthworks, asphalt paving, prefabrication, civil engineering structures, and drainage systems are progressing rapidly thanks to the comprehensive use of technology.
EBOMAF spares no expense in acquiring cutting-edge machinery. At the Pabré and Koubri sites, the prefabrication of drainage channels and curbs is particularly impressive. Everything is automated and robotic. Efficiency and precision are paramount in production. The same applies to concrete-related tasks.

A concrete pump is readily available wherever needed to ensure accurate mixing, consistency, and efficient construction. Culverts, bridges, and roundabouts are being constructed at a rapid pace, reflecting a constant focus on ensuring the quality of the infrastructure. The surface preparation prior to asphalt application is carried out using specialized equipment not found anywhere else on a construction site in Burkina Faso.

The technical facilities also reflect this ongoing pursuit of excellence. Concrete plants, asphalt plants, and crushing plants are at the forefront of performance and quality. The combined resources of these facilities and technology allow the North-South Bypass Highway construction and paving project to proceed smoothly.

After just ten (10) months of work, the project has already reached over 45% overall physical completion, within the contractual timeframe of thirty-six (36) months, excluding the rainy season. This unprecedented dynamism in the construction of a road infrastructure of this scale in Burkina Faso has been widely praised.
