National Road Building 14: Modernism simmers, at great steps, of 130 kilometers

The movement of the technical base of EBOMAF from Dédougou to Cheriba to PK 50 is uniquely the evolution of the RN 14 yard linking the city of Bankuy to Koudougou. New equipment has been added to the impressive existing fleet. There's a real jerk down there. All civil engineering activities are in full swing. The opening up of the "national grenier" is well launched irreversibly. It is in order of battle that the workers, the machines and the trucks have set themselves together to translate this issue which arouses all eyes.

On the eve of the audit office, the contractor's vigilance and the undertaking's commitment, the modernization of one of the most essential roads in the country is receiving all the attention. Definitely advanced, significant evolution! True, the RN is being built effectively. It is a reality on a large portion. Tens of kilometres of bitumen are won every month through entrepreneurial symbiosis.

The Koudougou-Dédougou road project, which is under regular inspection, is progressing undeniably. The graveling process was started in the last quarter of 2011. This completion phase of the track construction has already gone a long way. It asserts itself every day on a section whose earthmoving and loading tasks also record exponential speed.

The CEO of EBOMAF, Mahamadou Bonkoungou, is formal: "Unless there is a major force, the national road 14 will be delivered within the deadlines specified in the specifications". The successful company puts double bites to translate a match between its timing and field achievements.

From PK 00 to the exit of the capital of Boulkiemdé to the city of Nazi-Boni, the works of art and sanitation are almost completed. Of the approximately one hundred and fifty, the large bridges, culverts and dalots fully ready, now join the line of the section over the entire distance of the one hundred and thirty (130) kilometers. EBOMAF has brilliantly met the challenge of the works. Successfully Tenado, Lanfiéra and Mouhoun were crossed with unprecedented mastery. The battle around the erection of one of the largest bridges in the country revealed EBOMAF's expertise in bridges and pavements.

The crossing of the Mouhoun, 80 m long, channeled the company's energies to extract a majestic infrastructure, technically and aesthetically exploitable, over a period of one hundred (100) years. The waters of one of the few inexhaustible rivers in Burkina Faso were sometimes tamed.

It was necessary to sink the piles from thirty depth, raise its seats to the height of the road, place the beams on a span system. The fruits of such a feat stand majestically next to the old "grabary" bridge of Mouhoun. At the same time as users are delighted to borrow over the months a fully well-designed and constructed roadway according to international standards, at the same time the only view of the new works of art whose that of the Mouhoun appears as a relief before the hour for many users. The end of the tunnel is really not far away.
