Construction of National Highway 24: The Dapaong-Borgou section is updated with insurance

EBOMAF holds the high dredge in the development and construction of roads in Togo. In the savannah region where it is located on three fronts, the Dapaong-Borgou yard, 49 km long, is in full swing. In a few months of work, a route of hope is being drawn with a whole range of expertise due to major works.

Cap is put on Mandouri at the border with Benin via Borgou. Under the weight of a technical, material and human armada, the road linking this town to Dapaong is undergoing a certain evolution in its construction process. The first batch of the road market, Dapaong-Mandouri, currently maintains a downside swing. EBOMAF has again launched its all-out to win this other BTP international challenge. Mahamadou Bonkoungou's company thus responds to the call for the modernization of the North Togo road network, which was the result of President Faure Gnassingbé's commitment to consolidate his efforts to develop infrastructure. This momentum started since 2005 forges development roads in this part of Togo. And EBOMAF deserves the trust placed in her for this bet.

Despite the heavy rainfall of recent months in the savannah region (the northernmost part of Togo), the crash of heavy machinery in society leaves no one indifferent. In the foreground, carriers are constantly moving. The section was seized by qualified personnel and the company's leading equipment. The start of Phase II of the first batch of work, Dapaong-Borgou, is imminent. The road is 49 km long and benefits from the financing of the West African Development Bank (BOAD) and the Togolese state. It crosses Dapaong, Naki East, Ogarou, Borgou. EBOMAF will bring it to the standards and standards of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU). It is a modern 10 m wide plot of bituminous concrete in the agglomerations and of 7 m with 1.5 m of ground in a raise countryside which is expected to take place there. The planning for the execution of the project is normally carried out under the supervision of the DECO IC/CAEM control firms. The first batch of modernization of the Dapaong-Mandouri axis is envisaged under good auspices.

While waiting for Borgou-Mandouri, the first batch advances in serenity

In view of the enormity of the work, EBOMAF decided to spread out a large part of its armada in order to overcome any pitfalls. At 18 km from Dapaong, the first bridge on the hillside of Poundjouaré appears to be a crucial activity. A real battle has begun to cross it in addition to the river. These two natural obstacles that have long made economic take-off difficult are being overcome. In a few months, the working populations and their sorghum, maize, bean and especially cotton will benefit from a easier way. The new physiology already avoids the great circumvention that was once inflicted on users because of its impracticability.

The implementation of this large-scale development and bitumen project of part of RN 24, Dapaong-Naki Est-Ogarou-Borgou, has therefore entered its active phase. The capital of the savannah region and the surrounding cities are already vibrating at the pace of the works. 40% of the dalots were made out of a total of 60. It is a task of Titan that is undertaken: excavation, to clear clay soils, apron, radiate, ironing, formwork, casting of concrete for bridges and dalots, disbursement, earthing, cement floor, impregnation and sanding with bituminous hanging, bituminous concrete for pavement. It follows the rules of art recommended in the Great Works.

For this, EBOMAF mobilized its various skills. The CEO, Bonkoungou Mahamadou, has developed an extraordinary working technique to succeed in hydraulic works, drainage, sanitation (dalots and hoses). This site management system allows workers to work closely with the Meteorology Department to guide their interventions in these times of uncertainty due to rain. Beyond the construction of the road, provision is also made for the provision of drinking water and the erection of market hangars along the road.

After having successfully completed the major bridges of Dontougou (40 m) and Tanloaga (80 m), led to the Dapaong-Ponio section, EBOMAF is in the process of meeting the challenges of National Route 1 (Cinkanssé-Tandjouaré) and National Route 24 (Dapaong-Mandouri). It thus removes at the foot of the population, mainly agricultural and commercial, the thorn of the old roads. This is a complaint that the government has taken to trigger a real economic take-off of this area. The muddy road in rainy weather, dusty in dry times, dotted with chicken nests, baobab and other trees, hills and mountains will soon give way to a beautiful road with a bitumen.
